I wonder if there isn't more to this story. I have seen these school busses going fairly fast, and their drivers can be very aggressive. I have been cut off on more than one occasion by school bus drivers.

Two Jersey City public school buses collided in a minor accident this morning on Tonnelle Avenue at Kennedy Boulevard, but there were no injuries to more than two dozen 6- and 7-year-olds who were aboard the vehicles, officials said.
The driver of the first bus said at 8:35 a.m. he was stopped in traffic at the intersection when the rear of the vehicle was struck by another school bus, the crash investigation report says. More
