That is correct, I used to live in a duplex apt on Sussex between Washington and Warren. It was ground level and sub ground. We never experienced any flooding.

I live on Wayne and Monmouth, and during the hurricanes, there was no flooding on Monmouth and Columbus. There was flooding under the Extension onto 78.

That's not entirely true. There are certain blocks at higher elevation where no water reached, either through surge or through groundwater. I'd say you're right for 85% of downtown, but in my experience generally areas west of Coles and south of Fifth-ish were fine.

Anyone with info as opposed to criticism?
