A Jersey City man told police he ordered marijuana from his drug dealer and left his door open to receive the delivery but three robbers in masks, one armed with a gun, showed up instead, officials said.

Just after 3 p.m. on Monday the 25-year-old victim told police that at 3 a.m. ?he called his drug dealer known as ?Black? and ordered an 1/8th ounce of marijuana. He then went downstairs and unlocked the apartment to allow ?Black? access, a police report says.

At 3:15 p.m., there was a knock on his door and he was confronted by three men wearing black masks, one armed with a handgun. He was struck on the left side of his head with the gun and forced face down on his couch. He was then held there until one of the men covered his head with a pillowcase and bound his hands and feet with television cable, the report says.

For the next 10 minutes, one of the men held a gun to his head while the other two ransacked his apartment. When they were done, the man holding the gun to his head said ?We are going to leave you with your keys and your life. Count to a hundred before you move,? the report says.

Once the robbers left, the victim fled his apartment and stayed at his grandmother?s home for the night. When he returned home he found the robbers had taken a television worth $700, a television worth $400, a cell phone worth $400, and IPod worth $400 and $2,000 in cash, the report says.

The report does not say if the pot was delivered.

Anyone with information on the incident is asked to call the Jersey City police tip line at (201) 547?JAIL.
