It would require a change in your association's master deed, approval from the State of NJ, and permission from all the mortgage holders who have loans in the building.

I have an apt I own in BL, and now want to buy the apt next door its about 1200 square feet, I will take 600 sq ft and my neighbor would take the other 600 sqft .., Anyone ever do this? We will both split the cost...Not really sure if this can be done, Thanks for any input.
