They are also charged with conspiracy, according to a criminal complaint, adding that Glasson is additionally charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

The pair allegedly conspired to ?sell the victim?s, (name omitted), cell phone back to the victim,? the complaint says.

Ortiz has one prior arrest, while Glasson has 10 prior arrests, one disorderly persons conviction and criminal convictions for aggravated assault with a weapons, drug possession with intent to distribute within 1,000 feet of school property, hindering apprehension and three counts of drug possession, court officials said.

Ortiz was released on her own recognizance, while bail for Glasson was set at $2,500 with a 10 percent cash option.
