Is she friendly/socialized? If so, LHS, Jersey Cats, or Companion Animal Trust are the best orgs to reach out to.
If its feral, there's not a lot you can do. If the animal appears injured, call Animal Control and they will humanely trap it and get it vet care.

We have a Cat who has decided our backyard is her new home. We unfortunately can't keep her, and it looks like she has recently been in a cat fight.
Anyone know of a shelter or cat rescue in jersey city/heights area of whom I can contact. I would really like to find a place for her to go, to a Shelter or Cat Rescue. Please help or point me in the right direction, any help anyone can share is greatly appreciated. Thank you
