NICE JOB!

==============================

Four Jersey City men were arrested Saturday night and charged with trespassing at a Monticello Avenue apartment building that police had warned them to stay away from, authorities said.

At around 9 p.m. Saturday, officers observed the four men loitering in front of the apartment building located between Martin Luther King Drive and Bramhall Avenue, and also smelled the strong odor of marijuana emanating from the group, according to a police report.

Byron Nettles, 20, of Monticello Avenue, Rashawn Jackson, 21, of Bidwell Avenue, Sammy Martin, 25, of Bostwick Avenue, and Randolph Bradley, 25, of Monticello Avenue, were all arrested and charged with defiant trespass, the report stated.

Officers saw a fifth male suspect conceal something in his waistband and flee into the apartment building when, but were unable to apprehend the unidentified suspect, authorities said.

Officers say they had warned these men numerous times in the past to refrain from loitering in front of this particular apartment building on Monticello Avenue. There are also signs posted in front of this building reminding people not to loiter, police said.

The management company for the apartment building has also received multiple complaints of loitering and the use of narcotics in front of the building from residents living there, the report stated.

As the four men were being processed, it was found that Bradley was wanted for an open warrant out of Jersey City. Bradley was processed for the open warrant and later transported to the Hudson County Correctional Center in Kearny, police said.

Officers were unable to find marijuana on the suspects, cops said.
