Thank you, I had no idea. In England and Europe in general this is normal cosmetic procedure, i have super fair complexion and it saves time and lets you go sans make- up in summer. There are plant based, organic dyes for those who don' like the chemicals.

wow vanity has come a long way - next we'll have guys wanting to tint their nose and ear hairs ! I must be getting old

Hello, does anyone know if any salon does eyelash tinting (dye, not extensions, not permanent make-up) in downtown JC? I tried several salons and they looked at me like I had two heads. I used to have this done abroad all the time, is it so unusual here?
