There is a red apartment building on Barrow and York but on Barrow side of the street, there is parking lot. In the past, the owner did rent to people who did not live in the building. Sorry, I do not have any contact number.

Grove Pointe rents out spaces (or rather the parking company that runs the deck). Depending on where you are in VVP it could be an option.

I'm also looking for a spot in the Van Vorst area. Montgommery & Marin won't rent to nonresidents.
Right now the best offer I have is $175 about a half mile from my place, looking to see if I can do better.
