Can't report crimes because too many crimes have been reported.

What happened to Poplar Farms?

We paid for our CSA up front at the beginning of the season, and in September we got an email that said,

Due to unforeseen circumstances, effective immediately Poplar Wood Farm is ceasing all operations. Many of you have been members and friends for years and unfortunately factors beyond our control have led to his outcome. We will always be grateful for your loyalty and support.

I've done plenty of google stalking, and can't find anything.

There is no good food in Newport anymore. This sign was in the window today:

After more than 14 years of proudly serving the Newport community, we sadly announce that our lease has expired and that Confucius Asian Bistro is closing its doors on November 20,2017.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your loyal patronage for these many years and allowing us to serve you.

Best regards and fare well

I'd definitely be interested in that, if anyone had any more information.

I'm also looking for a spot in the Van Vorst area. Montgommery & Marin won't rent to nonresidents.

Right now the best offer I have is $175 about a half mile from my place, looking to see if I can do better.
