Pleased to report that those dangerous wheel-sucker storm drain cover grates have been removed from the Manila Avenue bike lane and replaced with bike-friendly flat-top grates.
Thanks very much to the city administration for responding to this safety concern, and to my fellow cyclists with Bike JC and others around town for raising awareness of the issue. Bike JC's Facebook post
