A few other questions....who would be the proper recipient of an elevator issue complaint? Do you own in your building or do you rent? Does your building have an association that can address your concerns?

Can you describe some of the issues you are having with your elevator? Does your building have more than one Kone elevator or just one?

My building has been experiencing recurring problems with our Kone elevator. I'm doing some research to find out about their service and safety track record, and it's not pretty. I may start filing complaints and reports, and I am interested to find out if any of our JC or Hudson County neighbors have also been experiencing difficulties with this company and their product. Please PM me if you would like to share information. I figure there is strength in numbers if we were to start filing reports and complaints.
