I would do DeCarlos. Probably not the cheapest, but he'll do good work with quality materials.

Daisy Cleaners on the corner of Central Ave. & South St. I have had several pairs of pants shortened & they charged $9 a pair & did a really nice job. South St. cleaners on the corner of South St. & Webster Ave. is another place that does nice work.
