Dear VB3,
It seems that you're going for the last-chance marketing schemes. Good luck with that!

Despite the stellar food prepared by Chef Colletti, we will no longer be going to VB3. We have attempted over and over again to enjoy a meal there, but alas, I do not think that we are in your demographic.

A few of the things that have turned us off:
- way too loud, even when we're the only ones in there and we ask that the music is turned down a little.
- inconsistent parking rules: valet here, valet there, valet no where, self-park here, self-park there
- allowing a baby to sit on the bar -yuck!
- consistently poor service (and i thought that the reality show was staged), every single freakin' time.

I am sorry about this because we did truly enjoy the food. Best of luck to you.
