Three police cruisers and a half dozen officers responded this evening to the campaign headquarters of Ward E Council candidate Dan Levin at Jersey Avenue and Bright Street after a theft at the campaign headquarters. A campaign worker said that about 4 p.m., a MacBook Pro laptop computer and a backpack full of clothes were stolen. The campaign worker said people had been coming and going in the office all day long and the office may have been left without a campaign staffer for a period of time. Police left the headquarters at about 7:45 p.m
