I played in the Sunday night league a few years ago. It is a lot of fun and very fast paced games. Co-ed, players from various skill levels. I think it was 5 on 5, no goalie, at least one female player per team on the court at all times. I'd recommend some prior experience in playing soccer :) After the games, we'd grab a beer at Zeppelin Hall. Fun times!

I played in this league a couple years ago. It's medium level co-ed indoor soccer, pretty fun.

I was wondering if anyone could shed some light on the ZogSports indoor soccer league at the Boys & Girls Club. Specifically, I'm looking into playing in the Sunday league in either the casual or extremely casual league. I'm no great athlete, I just want to have some fun. Any experience out there?
