Did you call after the first line was restored and get the "free" 1-day pass and 7-day pass as a credit for the 8 days of complete shutdown? (not quite helpful for those permanently relocated out of the PATH network but it's a gesture)
I'd wonder how they plan to identify "Hoboken residents" - by people's addresses in the system? It seems like if they decide to help out one group (as opposed to saying that everyone is SOL), they should be thinking of non-residents commuting to/through Hoboken, people affected by the other limited service, etc.
