That Advanc e Auto on rt 440 Jersey City by Lowes and Party City just had it?s grand opening about two weeks ago. (I wish I was smaller the bounce house looked like fun) It is replacing the now bankrupt R&S. The old R&S building was split in half one side is Advance Auto and the other will be an STS Tire ( www.ststire.com ) Nice that the many bays will get used again.

I don?t think Lowes , Party City , Burger King or the new Advance Auto was flooded. They seem to be a little higher than the Hudson Mall property which was wiped out. Really sad walking inside the HM seeing all of the still closed stores. That new Staples is a mess as is Pep Boys.

PS ? I still go to Montgomery Auto Parts ( at West Side under the pool hall) if I need something for my cars. True don?t do it much anymore.

I wonder how much of their inventory was water damaged?
