This area is fine in terms of safety - not significantly more dangerous than anywhere else downtown. It'll be noisy - I used to live near there and there's lots of traffic, including frequent emergency vehicles with sirens at night.

I am considering renting an apartment on intersection of Christopher Columbus drive and Monmouth street. How safe do you think this area is? Can I walk at 11pm without worrying too much?
