I had the same problem with a pole in my neighborhood after a storm two years ago. I contacted the JC Mayor's Action Bureau (link below) and put them on the case. If there are phone lines attached PSE&G may have to coordinate with Verizon To switch everything over (as they did in my case). Took a little pestering, but eventually it was done. Might help to make a stink about how it could crash into someone's home, injure a citizen of voting age, etc.

Call PSE&G at 1-800-436-7734. On each utility pole, there is a ID plate that looks like a small version of a license plate on a car. It is helpful to give them the number off of that ID plate.

Anyone notice the electrical / utility post by Tommy Two Scoops that's almost falling over - and it has tons of wires / cables connected? Where can we report that for repair?

Probably a good idea to get that fixed before school starts.
