Their little patrol car sits on the top floor of the garage that has Duane Reade for hours. It's up there all the time with the engine running. I guess there is a lot of crime on the top floor of the garage.

Last night, near Starbucks, a car alarm went off for two whole hours before Spartan Security reached the scene at 1.30am, probably cause somebody complained of the noise.

Made me think what if the car alarm went off cause there was an attempt to steal it (isn't that what car alarms were made for in the first place - not just to annoy us, right?)? The criminals would have no trouble getting away, cause security didn't even get to the scene for two hours...
