You can buy catnip plants at Resnick's in Bayonne. If they're out they'll order them for you. Plant them up high in a pot or your cats will eat them and roll around on them. (Trust me on that one.)

We could plant groves of it on the old pier in between Avalon Cove and Newport, aka "Feral Cat Land."

I can't think of a better section then here. Can you imagine everyone growing this catnip it would be a haven for feral or stray cats all over. I hope my neighbor doesn't get any ideas.

Home Depot has the seeds so you can start it from scratch, I got my plant at PetSmart. Unfortunately, my cat does not like it very much.
