 Cemetery's St. Patrick's Day fundraiser will focus on 'Jersey City Speakeasies' Published: Friday, March 16, 2012, 8:15 AM Updated: Friday, March 16, 2012, 8:25 AM By The Jersey Journal The Historic Jersey City & Harsimus Cemetery at 435 Newark Ave. in Jersey City Volunteers who have assumed upkeep duties at the Historic Jersey City & Harsimus Cemetery at 435 Newark Ave. in Jersey City are holding a St. Patrick?s Day weekend fundraiser at the cemetery this Sunday, today's Jersey Journal reports. The ?Jersey City Speakeasies? event kicks off at 2 p.m. and will feature local bard Bob Leach, who will relate tales about the Prohibition era. Admission is $10 for adults, $5 for children.
