Late 20s-ish. Average height, heavier around the waist,
brown skin, straight black hair. Looked like he was either middle eastern or from indian sub-continent and a cold stare.

What did he look like?

This guy on a bike got a little too close for comfort two days ago when I was walking down Franklin towards Central.

So after getting off the path train at about midnight, I walk back to my place along columbus, about 100 feet behind a girl who got off the same train. Between us, some dude on a bike appears to have stopped between two parks cars and is facing her direction. He doesn't see me and as the girl nears barrow intersection and makes a left, he pedals off towards her.

Well, as i get to barrow and columbus there is a van parked on the corner. This guy is literally hiding behind the van and peering around it at the same girl who is now almost rounding the corner making a right on to wayne. He sees me and i look at him and he kind of pretends to be doing nothing and rides off, as if to say.."just a guy enjoying a refreshing night ride"

I was actually about to walk in the direction of the girl just to maybe warn her, but saw a bunch of different people also walking home from the path along wayne, so thought it unnecessary.

At the risk of sounding like a paranoid old lady peering out her window, and reporting everything she sees, i wonder if i should have done more, or maybe i'm just over-reacting. hmm..interested to hear everyone's thoughts
