I wonder if it's the same BMW that ignores the red-painted curb and parks right up to the corner in front of headquarters on Erie Street.

car was almost in the crosswalk right across from police headquarters for hours yesterday. Not the first time either.....
I thought they have there own lot just one block away??? Guess he's on special assignment or is just lazy. How do I add a picture I have to this post?
