Its a Field's Development property, originally slated to be the Belfuse (after the Bel-Fuse company that was located on that property before moving across the street, I assume). The rendering on the Field's Development website changed, and I believe its probably what is being termed 150 Essex.

What is happening in the vacant plot on Van Vorst, between Essex and Morris? The site has been cleared out and some pre-construction activity has started.
