Thomas J. Hensle, 37, of Stagg Street, was arrested at a warehouse at 404 Tonnelle Ave. at 2:14 p.m. and charged with burglary and possession of burglary tools, reports said. Officers found the warehouse door open and inside they spotted a pile of copper pipe and wire before hearing people running on the second floor, reports said. As the officers climbed the stairs the suspects ran out through another door, and only Hensle was caught, reports said. When captured, Hensle had a bag containing bolt cutters, a cordless drill, hammers, a screw driver and other tools, reports said. Hensle was in prison from Sept. 21, 2006 to March 19, 2009 for burglary, state corrections records said, adding that he has also gone by aliases including Thomas Hensel and James Mosley.
