View Larger Map Jersey City police say Bloods gang member seized with loaded gun on street Friday, October 15, 2010 Jersey City narco cops were watching Wednesday night when a Bloods street gang member pulled out a handgun during an argument and they arrested the felon after tackling him from his bicycle, police said. Christopher "Flame" Hurst, 31, of Stegman Street, was arrested at about 9 p.m. and charged with resisting arrest and weapons offenses, including possession of a firearm by a felon, reports said. Officers conducting surveillance at Ocean Avenue and Wegman Parkway saw Hurst pull out a silver semiautomatic pistol and argue with a man who quickly left, reports said. Hurst tucked the gun into his pants and was back on his bicycle when police cars converged on him, reports said. Hurst tried to get away but an officer tackled him off the bike, reports said.
