I have heard about the third tunnel but I didn't realize where it was.

For years NYC has been digging a new water tunnel connecting it's reservoir system upstate with the Manhattan distribution system.
That is an access shaft for tools and materials, etc.
I'll look for a link and add it later.
Few people have had any idea that this was going on, let alone how massive it really is.

Something underground was constructed along Hudson Street in Tribeca on the west side of the exit complex. The area has been fenced off for many years. They are just now removing the construction fencing revealing some fairly nondescript landscaping of the street.

I have never seen any discussion of what was constructed there. Does anyone know? Can you tell me without killing me?
