That makes sense, it seemed pretty weird to have a restaurant up there on that block. I saw a couple of shady looking guys yesterday sitting on the steps of that building drinking a bottle of what looked like Three Olives Vodka which is one of Proximo's brands. I thought it was odd to see that right in front of the Club Metro Gym that just opened. Anyway I'm sure they will have some nice parties up there this summer.

I think that it's a liquor distributor headquarters. Not a restaurant. Too bad. Looks like a cool spot.

I have been watching them renovate that rooftop space for months now and it looks like it's getting close to finished. Proximo Spirits is the company that imports Cuervo tequila among other brands. I'm still not sure what this is going to be, a restaurant or bar.

Maybe this has been around for a while and I saw it for the first time today, but I saw some tables, signs, etc. on the rooftop of 333 Washington St. The signs read "Cholula Hot Sauce" and "Proximo". Is this something new?
