I was wondering about this, as I was there when all of a sudden the chopper appeared and you had a NJ Police Boat race across the river to the NY side..
I just got in and went to Nj.com and got nothing and thought I?d look here, and was amazed to see the topic.

From the JC fire department feed, it sounded like someone might have went overboard, but they're now accounted for.

10 minutes ago there was a helicopter hovering 30 feet off Morris Canal Inlet, shining a spotlight into the water. Sounds like it just came back. Anyone have any idea what's going on? There were also a bunch of sirens right before.
