There will be people who disagree and tell you journal sq is safe but it's not. if you just look at the area you will see the sketchiness.

I am considering few places to rent out and being new to NJ would like to know from your experience if the following places would be safe for a young female to stay at and commute safely to and fro from work. Palisade Ave near holland tunnel Montgomery street between marin blvd and warren street Montgomery street and grove street Broadway str and Tonnelle ave
