#1 The pig was smoking so it obviously doesn't care about it's own health.
#2 The pig has NO regard for his surroundings . He had the damn nerve to throw garbage out the window of his pigpen because he obviously doesn't own the building or the land it sits on. and he doesn't give a rat's arse what happens to himself or his neighbors. I watch creeps like this walking around JC throwing garbage around. It takes a lot of effort to keep cities clean. It's a shame some people are always the problem and can never get behind a decent solution. PIGS

Flicked cigarette likely caused Jersey City fire, officials say
By Michaelangelo Conte/The Jersey Journal December 29, 2009, 6:13PM Some of the damage caused by a fire on Oakland Avenue in Jersey City. A careless smoker tossing a cigarette out a window likely caused the small fire early this morning at an Oakland Avenue building in Jersey City, officials said. When firefighters responded to the three-story building near Waverly Street on a 2:44 a.m. alarm they found a second-floor window frame on fire, Fire Director Armando Roman said. Firefighters quickly doused the flames, and investigators later determined a resident of the building's third floor had flicked a cigarette out of his window and it had apparently landed on the windowsill a floor below and ignited it, Roman said. There were no injuries, Roman said. Firefighters left the scene at 3:41 a.m.
