Jersey City native to appear on Iron Chef America

SeaBlue Chef Anthony Amoroso, 37, will appear on the Food Network's hit show Iron Chef America on Sunday night. Amoroso was born in Jersey City and attended the Hudson County College's Culinary Arts Institute.
Jersey City born chef Anthony Amoroso will appear on the Food Network?s hit show Iron Chef America on Sunday Oct. 18 at 10 p.m.
Amoroso, 37, who worked in Michael Mina's Bellagio restaurant in Las Vegas and now works as Executive Chef at Sea Blue Restaurant in the Borgata Hotel and Casino in Atlantic City (also owned by Michael Mina), will battle Iron Chef Masaharu Morimoto.
Amoroso will be watching the episode at the Sea Blue Restaurant at the Borgata Sunday night with family and friends.
