A man opened fire on a Jersey City man from a car yesterday afternoon, but all eight shots missed their mark, reports said.
The 42-year-old victim told police he was sitting outside his home at Stegman Street and Ocean Avenue when a black four-door car pulled up and a man inside took out a handgun and fired about eight times, reports said.
The officers were unable to find any shell casings or bullet fragments at the scene, but a review of CCTV video showed two cars stopping at the location for a few seconds before driving away, officials said.
