Park in the South garage of Newport Mall and go in through the back of the building (525) by the light-rail. Once in the building take the escalator to the 2nd floor and walk towards the front of the building. FYI: they are equipped for ?double reds? donations, takes about an hour.

525 Washington Blvd, Where the hell is there parking for there? Im going to go about 5PM. I went to the firehouse this morning & heard it got moved.

Blood drive shifted to Newport Towers
Wednesday, July 22, 2009 NJ Blood Services has moved the site of a blood drive scheduled for today and Friday in Jersey City Detective Marc DiNardo's honor to accommodate the expected overwhelming response. The drive, originally scheduled at the firehouse/OEM headquarters on Summit Avenue, will now be held in Newport Towers, according to Diane Granstrom, account manager/donor recruitment, for New Jersey Blood Services in New Brunswick. Today's drive takes place on what would have been DiNardo's 38th birthday. It will be held from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. in the second-floor cafeteria at the Newport Towers, 525 Washington Blvd., Jersey City. Friday's blood drive will also be at the Newport Towers, from 9 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. For information, contact Tarek Singleton, (201) 653-5250. JOURNAL STAFF
