Jersey City cops: Drunk man gropes EMT

Edy Cisneros, a Jersey City man being transported from the Journal Square PATH station to the Jersey City Medical Center on Friday at around 8:30 p.m. was arrested on charges of grabbing an emergency medical technician's breast and touching her inner thigh, police said.

Cisneros, 67, was allegedly drunk when he was partially restrained on a stretcher inside the ambulance, reports said.

When the ambulance took off, Cisneros flipped his body over, took his restraints off and grabbed the EMT's crotch, reports said. The 23-year-old EMT then grabbed Cisneros' hand and attempted to attach a restraint to his arm, but Cisneros reached up and grabbed her breast, police said.
