Thanks for the info. I will go there this week. I didn't think they would have any openings, per se. However, in my experience, it never hurts to drop off a resume and see what happens.

Bringing your resume to Central Office, 346 Claremont Ave., HR is on the 3rd floor, is probably the best way to go although there won't be any guidance positions available if any. High school openings possible, elementary no way.

Light rail goes directly to the building.

Hello:

I am currently looking to apply to Jersey City Public Schools for a job as a school counselor. However, the district website doesn't have a list of open positions. Can any teachers or anyone who knows how the school system works offer some insight? I was considering going to the Administration building and dropping off a copy of my resume, but wasn't sure if that's the best option.
