I see that area still hasent changed, even with them ripping down so many if them rat & roach infested "affordable housing".

Tuesday, February 24, 2009 A Jersey City man was robbed, thrown to the ground, and punched and kicked by four men in broad daylight near the A. Harry Moore housing complex on Friday, officials said. The 43-year-old victim said he was at Duncan and Plainfield avenues at 1 p.m. when without saying a word the men pummeled him and stole $120 cash and his driver's license, reports said. When the man's wife picked him up at the location, she noticed blood dripping down his face and he was taken to the Jersey City Medical Center to be treated for injuries to his left eye and ribs, reports said.
