It's mixed income so there will be all kinds of people living in these. Example those off Grand and Johnston and Pacific and Woodward.

City Planning would know what is going on, you can go there and see plans. My understanding is (eventually) all of the towers are coming down to be replaced with townhomes or apartments. Some already underway.

just drive by.. 3 buildings are gone and they'll be low rise townhouse looking pjs soon ( gov't don't subsidize high rise projects anymore).. like the ones on grand ave across from booker t.

Does anyone have any information on what they are doing with the housing projects at Duncan Ave. @ 440? I was told that they have plans to tear down or rehabilitate 2 of the 3 buildings, and there is lots of construction already next door (unrelated maybe?). Anyone know where I could find out this information?
