3 cars shot up during two sprees

Shots rang out twice on Randolph Avenue in Jersey City early yesterday morning and after the second round of shots, police found three cars riddled with bullet holes, police said.
There are no reports of anyone being shot during the firings, police said.
The sound of gunfire was first reported at 12:23 a.m., police said.
Police questioned a group of men at 184 Randolph Ave. and searched a dirt path off Arlington Avenue, but were unable to find shell casings or a shooter, police said.
But then police were called again at 2:47 a.m., but this time to 201 Randolph Ave., police said.
A search of the area turned up multiple shell casings and three vehicles riddled with bullet holes, police said.
Two Chevy Astro Vans had bullet holes in the passenger-side windshield and one of them had a hole shot in the passenger-side fender. The third vehicle, a Chevy Tahoe, had a bullet hole in the passenger-side windshield and one in the hood, police said.
