Favre was a great and exciting regular season QB but often folded in big games in the post-season. I still believe that he doesn't win a Super Bowl without Desmond Howard's heroics in the return game. He will be missed though and his last pass may haunt him right back into next seasons line-up.

I'm already tired of all the Favre retirement coverage. Sportscenter at 11pm last night spent the first 15 minutes of the program talking about him. The guy only won 1 superbowl and only made it to 2 total in 17 years of play. Not exactly a legacy.

Sean Landeta, the last active member of the New York Giants 1986 and 1990 Championship teams, has hung up his kicking shoe. Best remembered for his "whiff" against the Bears, his super hot young wives and his ill-fitting helmet. He shall be missed. Sort of.
