What?s ahppening with the 111 first street builing? Nothing, the powerhouse across the street will most likely be renovated first, which will take years. Right now the city has to tackle the issue of moving the substation currently on the site.
The Eclipse? Nothing right now, perhaps credit crunch effect. Is Trump buikding getting a 2nd tower? Eventually, once the first tower is sold out, which is now about 80% sold.
