It's all in the assessment, just wondering how they come to the conclusion and who deems it so. I bet the gentrifying area will get hit hardest such as the east side of the Heights such as where the J.C. mayor has set the pace. Not sure if one newly built home will set the standard as well. The new two family construction on the Western Slope is selling for $700k amongst existing $50k and $100k currently assessed homes.

The consensus that the property tax reval will hit downtown pretty hard. What is your opinion on journal square and The heights?
