Niece wants to rent. Her mother did a web search and noticed chat boards discussing bed bug infestation. On a bed bug registry it has two complaints - nothing these past several months. I would expect them to have to get rid of them due to the health code etc., but coincidentally when she left from looking at it, she had bites on her leg (could have been a mosquito, could be anything). She just can't shake the coincidence. Asked the contact and they said they don't have a problem. She asked if they ever did and she said she'd ask another person and get back to her by Monday. hmmmmmm
Any feedback before she submits her application for a fee would be greatly appreciated...
