That Jersey Journal "article" reads like it was written by the developer's PR.

Curious what the story was with these guys and our JC Building Department. I remember when they first started working on the place, red STOP WORK stickers were pasted on multiple doors / windows. They stickers would be peeled off and then a few days later, new stickers would be back on.
