I am lucky enough to have a small enclosed backyard in JC and was thinking about getting a small chicken coop with two hens. I heard that by law the coop must be 25 feet all residences and that a $25 license must be obtained. Does anyone have any experience with raising hens in downtown or know where to go for suppliess/license? Thanks!
