Anyone have any experience w/Sunblossom Condos on Washington St. in Paulus Hook?
My wife and I looked at a few units there last weekend, they seem nice and well-appointed, but small. http://www.sunblossomcondos.com We currently live on Essex St. and would love to stay in this area, but man I could kick myself for not buying here 10 years ago.
