that kitchen exhaust blowing right onto the sidewalk has been there since the first restaurant (Mexican, but can't remember the name) pre-Baja opened shortly after the Gotham was finished.

I would think it should not be permitted and is likely a building code issue.

ok, mind you, this is not about the food or anything there (I've never ate there, never would, love REAL authentic food, and mostly cook myself) anyway... on my many leisurely walks over the years I have noticed a horrific odor of (Burnt?) overcooked, grilled meat.
