Portfolio lenders to refi investment property?

Looking to refi my mortgages which I currently have with Bayonne Community Bank. Anyone here can recommend other portfolio lenders?
I can't qualify for mortgages that are packaged and sold through Fannie Mae or Freddie Mack, so I have to go through a bank that lends money from its own portfolio (i.e. a Community Bank).
